	I have a recently commissioned Radxa Rock-5B that I use as my PXE host. It has a number of iso images that are loopback mounted on directories like /var/www/html/mirrors/Fedora-44. I recently attempted an install of Fedora 44 on a VM and it crashed, complaining that it was unable to download a package from /var/www/html/mirrors/Fedora-44/Packages/p/parted-3.6-14.fc44.x86_64.rpm. I checked the directory on the Rock-5B and it was indeed missing but it was also giving me a lot of  output that looked like
</p>

</p>

<p>
	-r--r--r-- 1 root root   264876 Feb  2  2026 policycoreutils-3.10-1.fc44.x86_64.rpm<br />
	?????????? ? ?    ?           ?            ? policycoreutils-newrole-3.10-1.fc44.x86_64.rpm<br />
	all files from here are the same ???
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	I checked the sha256sum of the Fedora 44 iso against the one published on the website and it matches. I renamed the file and downloaded a fresh copy, just in case, same size, same sha256sum, same errors. I rebooted the Rock-5B to see if it was a transient problem but it was still broken on reboot. I copied the iso file to a different system running an older kernel and mounted it there and the content was correct and there were no errors and more importantly the parted-3.6 rpm file it complained about was present. I removed linux-image-bleedingedge-rockchip64 and rebooted into Linux rock-5b 6.18.53-current-rockchip64 and the problem was gone.
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	It seems something about loopback mounting iso images is broken in 7.3.0-rc4. I have not tried a more recent bleedingedge version yet.

	I have an interesting discovery that smells suspiciously like a kernel bug. I find it easiest to see this bug by running btop which shows a historical per core cpu usage graph so it's easy to see when one stops being used. You can see the same thing in ordinary top but it's less easy to see than with btop.
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	I have a Radxa Rock 5B with an RK3588 chip that I have been stress testing to make sure the hardware is OK before I start to use it in anger. As part of that I ran `openssl speed -multi 8` to spin up 8 threads using 100% cpu each. On all other machines that I've ever done that with it runs all X cores at 100% until it runs out of tests or is Ctrl-C'ed. Watching top on the Rock5B shows something very odd happens. When it first starts it correctly seems to use all 8 cores at 100% but after a while, maybe 20s, maybe a couple of minutes, it suddenly just stops using one core, sometimes more than one core. This behaviour is also true if running `stress --cpu 8` which I used to make sure this was not an openssl bug, same symptoms, 8x100%  cpu for a while then entire cores go completely idle.
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	I have also run these tests on an Odroid HC1 which uses a similar big:little set of cores (Samsung Exynos 5422) as the Rock 5B - 4 smaller slower low power cores, 4 higher power faster cores. That test was run on plain Debian 13 with a 6.12.107 kernel which is why I ran a test on the Rock 5B using armbian 6.12.58 kernel to see if this was a kernel regression. On the Odroid it just works and needs no special actions to make it use all 8 cores simultaneously. I left it to run for the full 1h+ that the openssl speed run takes to complete. It also works correctly on an rpi5 though I only ran that with 4 threads to match its cores.
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	If I change my test to pin a separate process to individual cores using `for core in {0..7}; do taskset -c $core openssl speed &amp; done` then it quite happily runs all 8 of them on all cores until they finish so this appears to me to show that it's not a hardware problem as all 8 processes run on all 8 cores for the entire hour or so it takes for an openssl speed test to complete. I have tested this with various Armbian kernels  starting with 6.18.44 then 7.1.8 and 7.2.5 from the beta channel and also reverting to 6.12.58. All show the same symptoms - it just abandons running tasks on one physical core. I have also tested with higher numbers of threads (9-12) and the problem still exhibits itself but takes longer, the more threads, the longer it takes to happen but it does happen eventually. If I run the same 8 process version of the test but omit the taskset -c $core so the system can schedule the task where it likes then it also shows the idle core problem.
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	I am suspecting a kernel scheduler bug since when I manually pin a process to a core so that each one is effectively dedicated to running just that one task then the problem does not occur.
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	I have asked a couple of other Rock 5B users and they also have the same symptoms. I've also seen the symptoms on mine extend to 2 idle cores. These cores are inactive even when all openssl/stress processes show that they are ready to run in the output of ps fax.
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	I do not think this is temperature related as my Rock 5B was consistently reporting itself at less than 57C during these tests.
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	This is what sar reports for openssl/stress with 8 threads:
</p>

<pre class="ipsCode">21:00:51        CPU     %user     %nice   %system   %iowait    %steal     %idle

<p>
	I've posted similar on the linux-rockchip mailing list and have received a reply from someone at rock-chips.com asking me to rebuild the kernel with CONFIG_SCHED_CLUSTER=n so I'd really like to try to find the deb-src package for linux-image-edge-rockchip64 so that I can rebuild it with that option (not) set.
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	Edit: this appears to be fixed in the 7.3.0 kernel series, specifically tested -rc3.

	Hi all,
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	Since most of Armbian's Rock 5B images are currently bricked (although hopefully not for too much longer now that we've figured out what the root cause is) I've been using the Ubuntu 26.04 image, which works, but doesn't have hardware video decoding and encoding. Since I wanted to use it with RDP, I needed hardware video encoding at least to make things not super-slow, so I figured, why not port it myself with Claude and Codex. So that's what I did. The kernel and some of the auxillary stuff like ffmpeg, librga, mpp, a mpp -&gt; vaapi bridge, and a gnome-remote-desktop build that encodes using ffmpeg, are all in a PPA. Details here: <a href="https://github.com/yisding/rock-5b-ysp/blob/main/docs/ppa-support.md" rel="external nofollow">https://github.com/yisding/rock-5b-ysp/blob/main/docs/ppa-support.md</a><br />
	<br />
	I've been testing it and using it and things are generally working pretty well. But YMMV and have a recovery SD/MMC ready!<br />
	<br />
	Cheers!

	<span></span>I've ran into two issues. The first my board won't boot off the Armbian Debian vendor image. Second it boots off the mainline Debian image, but when I try installing the boot onto the MTD via option 7 in Armbian-install it completes, but I get a solid blue LED and a UART output that hangs on BL31: Preparing for EL3 exit to normal world -&gt; Entry point address = 0x200000 -&gt; SPSR = 0x3c9 then it hangs. Before this I tried manually erasing the SPI and loader and reinstalling them with rkdeveloptool, but this didn't help. I would provide the UART logs, but the server is failing at uploading images. I'm looking to boot off the nvme, but I'm not sure how to resolve this.

	I am trying to get the ARM performance assessment setup working (I'm trying to get Mali profiling for OpenCL code) on the Rock 5B+, and I've hit a blocker.
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	The main component to this is some kernel configuration (CONFIG_ARM_SPE_PMU) and a loadable module. Oddly, those work fine in a custom kernel build. What I am hitting appears to be some missing interrupt setup that renders all those components inert. (It has to be a custom build to get CONFIG_ARM_SPE_PMU set.
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	The issue is that even with the kernel configured and the module loaded, the SPE component remains inactive. ARM has its own system report tool which analyzes a setup, and that tool is reporting an issue:
</p>

<p>

</p>

<blockquote class="ipsQuote" data-ipsquote="">

			    ensure APIC table describes PMU interrupt
		</p>
	</div>
</blockquote>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	And indeed, nothing seems to show in cat /proc/interrupts. The man page for the module suggests this is the issue: It says:
</p>

<p>

</p>

<blockquote class="ipsQuote" data-ipsquote="">
	<div class="ipsQuote_citation">

	<div class="ipsQuote_contents">

			The SPE interrupt must also be described by the firmware. If the module is loaded and KPTI is disabled (or isn’t required to be disabled) but the SPE PMU still doesn’t show in /sys/bus/event_source/devices/, then it’s possible that the SPE interrupt isn’t described by ACPI or DT. In this case no warning will be printed by the driver.

	KPTI is definitely disabled and the SPE PMU loads (it's in lsmod) but it still doesn’t show in /sys/bus/event_source/devices/. Nothing relevant seemed to show in dmesg either.
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	Frankly, I have no idea where to look for the SPE interrupt, or how to set it up. If anybody has any pointers or suggestions, I'd be extremely grateful.

	Hi everyone,
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	I'm facing an issue with Armbian installation on Rock 5B Plus.
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	Hardware
</p>

<ul>
	<li>
		Board: Radxa ROCK 5B+ (RK3588)
	</li>
	<li>
		Storage:<br />
		NVMe #1 (system): 256 GB, in M.2 slot 1<br />
		NVMe #2 (backup): 128 GB, in M.2 slot 2
	</li>
	<li>
		Boot: MTD flash + NVMe
	</li>
	<li>
		Power supply: both POE+ HAT 25W and official power supply 30W
	</li>
</ul>

<p>
	Software
</p>

<ul>
	<li>
		Armbian: 25.11.2 Desktop ubuntu
	</li>
	<li>
		Kernel:  6.1.115-vendor-rk35xx
	</li>
	<li>
		Boot configured via  armbian-install  → “Boot from MTD Flash, system on NVMe”
	</li>
</ul>

<p>
	Initial install steps
</p>

<ol>
	<li>
		Wrote Armbian image to microSD and booted from SD.
	</li>
	<li>
		Used  armbian-install  to install: Boot from MTD Flash, system on NVMe #1
	</li>
	<li>
		Powered off, removed SD, left only NVMe #1 installed.
	</li>
	<li>
		Board boots fine from SPI+NVMe #1: blue LED, OS comes up, Green LED, everything OK.
	</li>
	<li>
		Power off the board and plug NVME #2 (preformatted ext4 with gparted and empty, the disk works because I tried the procedure the other way around, using the second disk as the main one)
	</li>
	<li>
		Power on. Solid blue light, no OS, no HDMI output (I don't have UART)
	</li>
</ol>

	Hiya,<br />
	<br />
	I am currently trying to setup some ROCK 5B boards as runners and as I install the latest Ubuntu 24.04 (Noble) from here  <a href="https://www.armbian.com/rock-5b/" rel="external nofollow">https://www.armbian.com/rock-5b/</a> it seems to get to where I configure my user etc, then on the next boot it gets stuck at kernal. <br />
	<br />
	So I guess before I go through trial and error , is there a recognised most stable build that can be relaibly flashed people would recommend, I found the Rock provided Debian and KDE Plasma to be very buggy and just kept locking up on me so something with Gnome would be cool for now , but will probably move to headless much further down the line. <br />
	<br />
	Amazing community reading the messages so far so thank you for everyone who contributes!<br />

	I have Radxa 5B+  with 1TB nvme ssd. I installed Armbian minimal Bookworm on my nvme disk. IT starts without the SD card. Problem started few days ago when i run apt upgrade. After that, the machine don't start without SD card. I have tried to reinstall the machine several times, same happends. I also tried Armbian minimal Trixie, but there the machine don't start at all without SD card. So something have changed the last days. <br />
	<br />
	At the moment i have installed Bookworm again, and used the command "sudo apt-mark hold linux-u-boot-rock-5b-plus-vendor". Now the machine starts without SDcard, and i can use apt upgrade, but it is not a long term solution. Anyone have the same issue and a solution?

	Hy all,

<p>

<p>
	For some time now I have a Rock 5b + with 16Gig memory. The problem I have is playback video' s in youtube. Video's are not even watcheble in the lowest resolution. Other 4k video' s play fine. I tried several bechmark video' s from online sources. I looked around to see if others experiance the same problem but cannot find anny clu in this matter. I use Armbian ver. 25.5.1
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	Do others have the same issue? Is there a soltion for this problem?
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	Also I find this board not the fastest. It's a bit faster than mi RPI5 with 4Gig mem. The PI5 plays HD on youtube.
</p>

<p>
	I also have a OrangePi 5 ultra with 16 gig memory on stock Orangepi ubuntu witch is a dream to work with. This board is fast, has a small formfactor and became my daily PC for everything. This board also play's youtube video' s in HD. A direct comparacing with the Rock 5b+ is not possible because no Armbian version will boot on this OrangePi board sadly.
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	I tested on wired and WiFi network with no vissible difference.
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	Anny advise is welcome!

	Hello all!

<p>

</p>

<p>
	I have a radxa rock 5b (8GB, not the plus version) and am running armbian (bookworm) on it. The kernel version (uname -r) reports as 6.12.32-current-rockchip64. By and large almost everything seems to be working - video playback in VLC is fine, 3d acceleration is working (I get around 58-60fps in the game 'torcs' as an example). The only thing I can't seem to get working (and can't find much about it) is the hdmi input.
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	I see some five devices listed in dev (from /dev/video0 to /dev/video4) although none of these seem to relate to the hdmi input.
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	Does the hdmi input work on the 5b under armbian at all?

	Hello,
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	I've recently bought a rock 5B plus. I have a brand new crucial P310 nvme 1TB with the goal to boot from it.
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	As the title says, sometimes the nvme drive is properly detected, sometimes not. (Everytime the controller is visible in lspci, but only sometimes shows in lsblk).
</p>

<p>
	When the drive is properly detected, I can write to it and it works fine, without issues.
</p>

<p>
	I've noticed that it is more likely to be detected on a cold boot (ie. if I turn off the power and come back the next day, the first time it will probably show up).
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	I have the official radxa 65w PD power adapter (although I've also tried a lot more during the process with the same results).
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	I tried with the official radxa debian image, and with armbian, and the results are exactly the same on both.
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	Btw, I would like to mention that armbian noble gnome doesn't boot even from the sd card (blue led but no display output, I let it for over 10 minutes), only the minimal/iot works.
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	I don't know what else to try at this point, I can post any info / logs you may want.
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	Thanks!

	Hi all!<br />
	<br />
	I am entirely new to Armbian. I see Radxa's Rock5B RK3588 based <abbr title="Single board computer"><abbr title="Single board computer">SBC</abbr></abbr> is suppored and its Armbian page is <a href="https://www.armbian.com/rock-5b/" rel="external nofollow">https://www.armbian.com/rock-5b/</a> .
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	Can you give me a small crash course on your experience with Armbian on the Radxa Rock5B?
</p>

<p>
	<br />
	If you have an idea of any of the points I raise below, please share.
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	<strong>1. Super stable?</strong>
</p>

<p>
	Generally to use and to upgrade Armbian, how stable has it been to you?
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	<strong>2. Which image should I pick?</strong>
</p>

<p>
	I see both Debian and Ubunto are offered. I'll pick Debian.
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	Then there are "Desktop", "Server" and "Minimal/IOT"and "Dedicated applications" images, and some are listed as "Linux v6.1" and some as "Linux v6.12".
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	Which one of v6.1 and v6.12 should I take? 12 means twelve and 1 means one, right, so 6.12 sounds a lot preferable.
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	Under "Server", there is no Debian option at all. Any idea why?
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	What does "Dedicated applications" mean here?
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	If I would just guess my way through, I would probably take the "Desktop" variant with 6.12 kernel and then on the first boot I'd disable the GUI permanently by running "systemctl set-default multi-user.target".
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	It sounds like "Desktop" should include a lot of drivers. Who knows, perhaps one of those drivers would be needed for a PCI or USB peripheral. In respect of drivers, "Minimal/IOT" sounds risky.
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	Did I get it right?
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	<strong>3. Armbian SPI flash image with particular u-boot??</strong><br />
	Radxa distribute a SPI flash image with their latest u-boot. Typically you flash a MicroSD card with their whole Debian distribution on it, then you run "rsetup" and pick the SPI flash option. But, their wiki contains the manual flashing instructions based on "dd" also. Ref <a href="https://docs.radxa.com/en/rock5/rock5b/download" rel="external nofollow">https://docs.radxa.com/en/rock5/rock5b/download</a> .
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	I was told that Armbian has its own u-boot for Rock5B, is it true? Where is it, and where are the installation instructions?
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	<strong>4. Peripherals, drivers, all OK?</strong>
</p>

<p>
	Firstly what about the peripherals such as the onboard Realtek 8125 2.5gbe NIC, is it always stable?
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	Does everyone only have good experiences with using the 22x80mm M.2 slot on the bottom which has 4x PCIe v3 lanes?
</p>

<p>
	<br />
	All good experiences with the 22x30mm A+E key M.2 slot on the top, which has 1x PCIe v2 lane?
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	<strong>5. PD?</strong>
</p>

<p>
	About the USB-C PD power supply protocol negotiation for voltage, the main Armbian page <a href="https://www.armbian.com/rock-5b/" rel="external nofollow">https://www.armbian.com/rock-5b/</a> says "PD is broken for the 5B model (background) on most revisions that are in the wild and is causing boot loop. Workaround is to use a stupid / fixed 5-24 volts USB-C power supply." and links to <a href="https://www.spinics.net/lists/linux-usb/msg239175.html" rel="external nofollow">https://www.spinics.net/lists/linux-usb/msg239175.html</a> .
</p>

<p>
	<br />
	I presume here, just using a USB-C power supply that supports up to 5A in the default 5V mode will do, normally. But to not negotiate to 20V sounds quite limited especially as the Rock5B has the hardware to take 20V DC input. Radxa themselves have implemented support for hte USB-C PD protocol negotiation in their Debian distribution.
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	What about just bring in their code as pragmatic solution?
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	<strong>6. "aptitude update; aptitude upgrade" OK &amp; safe?</strong>
</p>

<p>
	Is "aptitude update; aptitude upgrade" always safe on Armbian, so any kernel offered will be properly patched?<br />
	<br />
	Did anyone's system break down permanently after doing "aptitude update; aptitude upgrade"?
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	<strong>7. Kernel version</strong>?
</p>

<p>
	Just for recap, which kernel version is provided right now? I think someone said 6.12.
</p>

<p>
	<br />
	Via "apt upgrade" will it pick a newer kernel automatically now or when one is released?
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	Via "apt install" are there any optional even newer kernels avaiable?
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	<strong>8. URL to the Rock5B/RK3588 specific patches?</strong>
</p>

<p>
	Just curious, where is Armbian's sourcecode that's specific to Rock5B and RK3588 actually?<br />

</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	<strong>9. Mainlining status?</strong>
</p>

<p>
	Does anyone have a notion of what status there is to including Rock5B &amp; RK3588 specific patches to mainline Linux?<br />

</p>

<p>
	Ideally over time custom patches should go to zero, right. However also occasionally for some device it seems like the mainlining work just grinds to a halt. How is it here.
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	<strong>10. Armbian-Debian packages</strong>
</p>

<p>
	What is the relation between Debian's packages repository and Armbian's - does Armbian copy essentially everything?
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	<strong>11. ARM64 CPU optimizations?</strong>
</p>

<p>
	Are sensible ARM64 CPU optimizations enabled so generally Armbian operates at a really high speed? I'd guess yes.
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	Many thanks.
</p>

	I upgraded my ROCK5B in-place from Armbian Bookworm beta to Armbian Testing/Trixie beta and it turns out that no Ambian packages are seen (so not updated). The Debian Trixie packages do upgrade, as for example I just saw while doing full-upgrade:
</p>

<p>
	libavif16:arm64 (1.2.1-1.2) over (1.2.1-1.1) ...<br />

</p>

<p>
	I thought something with my install, but also downloaded 'Armbian_25.8.0-trunk.50_Rock-5b_trixie_vendor_6.1.115_minimal.img' yesterday and it has the same issue (quick test via systemd-nspawn container on loopdev mounted image).
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	My goal is at least to figure out what is best bootloader and kernel for the ROCK5B. So far I simply copied/cloned  Armbian Bookworm rootfs from ROCK3A+NanoPi-R6C and did some ROCK5B specific changes like U-Boot, but not much more and it actually is already good enough.
</p>

<p>
	But before the ROCK5B becomes a 24/7 headless workhorse with long uptime, I thought better to prepare/check for newer Linux or potential issues. I already upgraded some other devices from Bookworm-&gt;Trixie and that is quite an improvement, for example KDE 6 performs much better/nicer than KDE5 in Bookworm. It currently uses U-Boot 'edge' and 'current' kernel and very important for me, both the 'vendor' and 'mainline current/edge' overlay for SERDES multi-PHY SATA on the M.2 E-key work (and also the NVMe keeps working).  I need to drill a hole in the Radxa aluminum cooling case for the SATA cable (and serial console cable), that needs some time first.
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	I can build and install U-Boot and kernel etc manually of -course, but i wonder why Armbian packages are not visible. Is it as expected or is something wrong? I assume it is just too early yet and that it is work in progress.
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	I think maybe policies are an issue, but don't understand what it could be. Maybe someone has a hint.
</p>

	I've got a ROCK 5B+ with two NVMe drives installed, and for reasons I've not been able to track down, I'm noticing that the `-edge` releases (Kernel 6.14.6) are not able to display more than one of the NVMe drives at once.
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	I've checked various physical configurations (i.e., slot one, slot two, both slots), and only one slot is presented (i.e., output from `lspci` or `lsblk`) – but it doesn't seem to matter whether its slot one or two.
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	If I use a `-vendor` images (6.1.115), I see both devices and can use them without problems.

	I'd love to be able to provide more information or help debug, but I'm not quite sure where to start here!

	I am using the M.2 connector on the Radxa Rock 5B+ board to connect an LTE module (EM7455). According to the datasheet and engineers, this M.2 slot is connected to the board via a USB hub (USB 2.0).
</p>

<p>
	When using the official Radxa OS, I can successfully detect the module under lsusb, the necessary kernel modules load correctly, ModemManager recognizes the modem, and I can establish an internet connection.
</p>

<p>
	However, on Armbian, I am experiencing a strange issue. The device does not consistently appear under lsusb; instead, the logs show that it keeps connecting and disconnecting in an endless loop. I am unsure of the root cause and how I can gather more detailed logs.
</p>

<p>
	Since I am dual-booting with the official Radxa OS (Debian) and the modem works fine there, I believe this is not a hardware issue. Below are the relevant dmesg logs for further analysis.(dmesg)

<p>
	I tried blocking the `qcserial` driver, but it keeps connecting and disconnecting in a nonstop loop again. <br />
	Not sure if it could be any power configuration problem “echo ‘-1’ | sudo tee /sys/module/usbcore/parameters/autosuspend”  didn't help me.<br />

	I have been trying for days now to update my device and all goes well until i get to 'beta.armbian.com:80 (130.185.239.78)' and then it will not update and stays at 0%.
</p>

<p>
	i have tried on different! installations and on different devices even a new installation but the same problem occurs. It used to work fine until a couple of days ago!
</p>

<p>
	I have even tried turning off all security on my router but no change.
</p>

<p>
	Is there a reason for this , if so is there anything i can do to correct it?

	Hello, my development board is Rock5B, and I am using the Armbian system for a recent project. I have already compiled the firmware in the armbian/build/ directory, and the device starts up normally.
</p>

<p>
	I want to modify and customize my U-Boot and kernel.
</p>

<p>
	After compiling Armbian, I would like to recompile U-Boot or the kernel in the armbian/build/cache/sources directory.
</p>

<p>
	Are there any commands to rebuild U-Boot and the kernel?
</p>
