I tried to introduce 4.4 Kernel 4.2.2 on Cubietruck, it was confirmed that it freezes at boot time.
Login prompt does not appear.

 

We have confirmed the problem in Debian Jessie.

Yes, Jessie is problematic.

 

I'll write to the bug section until we produce a fix. Trusty and Wheezy should work without a problem.

We want to anyway use the Wheezy.
You do not have any use or if you rewrite only apt?

Wheezy even after the end of the first start-up, even if have to restart it was confirmed the symptoms that do not proceed to the login prompt.

Wheezy works, tested!

 

You might see the error which is due to some troubles with I think U-boot.

 

If error happen, my fix kicks in and fix the mess System boots and it's working normally.

 

This fix is not working on Jessie since it has parallel loading shit ... I am loosing patience with systemd 

I've made apt-get update && apt-get upgrade on my Cubietruck with Armbian 4.2 Jessie installed on uSD and got a brick

Is there any quick and easy way to unbrick / switch to previous kernel?
