1. decompile dtb to dts
2. modify dts: 1) add reversed-memory, 2) disable cedrus, add cedar_ve
3. compile dts to dtb, reboot
4. /dev/cedar_ve appear
5. run ffmpeg

Hi,
I've tested your code on an OrangepiP. It can encode h264 1080p at 28fps.
