    Been Running stable since  21.02.3 Buster.
    cat /etc/default/cpufrequtils
    ENABLE=true
    MIN_SPEED=408000
    MAX_SPEED=1800000
    GOVERNOR=ondemand
     
    No VDD tweaks.
