    Ok, resolved
    after I add outboard pullup , immediately :
    [292751.493482] w1_master_driver w1_bus_master1: Attaching one wire slave 28.00000615392c crc ca
    [292751.613810] w1_master_driver w1_bus_master1: Attaching one wire slave 28.00000615191f crc 86
     
    It seems no internal pullup work on 5.9.14 ..
