    Maybe try another power adapter
    Or add to /boot/armbiEnv.txt
    extraargs=pcie_aspm=off nvme_core.default_ps_max_latency_us=0 pci=pcie_bus_safe
    Otherwise you could try an image of Radxa first, if that works then it might be an issue with the dtb
