Solutions

  1. lumio's post in Egress working fine, but no ingress was marked as the answer   
    So I had some time testing it further and turns out it is indeed an issue when the wifi password contains spaces. I tried a fresh install, followed the instruction above using netplan with networkd.

  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
