    By default the OPi Zero Plus is missing the necessary 1.3v regulator entry in the DT.  Did you successfully apply this patch to enable it?  https://github.com/5kft/build/blob/master/patch/kernel/sunxi-next/sunxi-next-h5-orangepi-zero-plus-add-regulator.patch
