Armbian doesn't create such partitioning ...
BTW, don't check the "fstab" of SDCard, since your rootfs is supposed to be the eMMC, you should check the "fstab" copied into the eMMC.

I tried the image corresponding to Nanopi Neo / Core after the changes that you made but i got the same results.
