Armbian Orangepi PC H3 Uart3 Problem And compiled image is not working

Hi.
My board is Orangepi-PC Allwinner H3.
I had wifi-dongle-usb problem.. so i used armbian..
 
I was download Image here http://www.armbian.com/orange-pi-one.
I confirm wifi dongle is working!
 
But Uart3 in not working..
I need uart3 for Bluetooth module..
 
I can't find ttyS3 in /dev/..
 
so i used source at https://github.com/igorpecovnik/lib
I built two image..
 -> Armbian_5.11_Orangepipc_Debian_jessie_4.6.0_desktop
 -> Armbian_5.11_Orangepipc_Debian_jessie_4.6.0
 
but both not working...
 
I can see green led but i can't connect ssh... and cant' show console by monitor..
How can i do?
