Mysql-Server Mysql-client packages not found

Featured Replies

Hello.

I'm trying to install Jeedom on my Odroid C2 running Linux odroidc2 5.4.14-meson64 (Armbian_20.02.0-rc1)

Distro has been updated with :

apt-get update
apt-get upgrade

But when I download and run the install script :

wget https://raw.githubusercontent.com/jeedom/core/stable/install/install.sh
chmod +x install.sh
sudo ./install.sh

I have an error :

Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree
Reading state information... Done

What about contacting software provider https://github.com/jeedom support. They are authors of this script:

In many distribution, mysql has been replaced by mariadb ...

MariaDB is a fork of MySQL started in 2009 !

EDIT: BTW, by editing this install.sh and change "mysql-" with "mariadb-" will most probably do the job.

Hello.

I will give a try after editing the install script an replace mysql by mariadb.

And I will contact Jeedom team for this issue.

Thanks.
