Problem burning 256GB SD

I can't burn a 256GB SD, neither with Etcher nor with dd. With an 8Gb Sd everything works. Thanks

Sorry I was wrong to attach the file, the ext4 partition is not created correctly.

The image is:

Armbian_20.10_Arm-64_focal_current_5.9.0.img

with an 8Gb Sd it works with the 256Gb one no.
