After flashing the last release (21.02.3) of Buster for Orange Pi One Plus H6 I discovered that no sound card was available. aplay - l gave:

 

Then flashing a one year old version (20.02.1) the hdmi audio was available.

But after making the updates,  apt-get update , apt-get upgrade and enabling the Desktop aplay -l gives : no soundcard found.

Not that simple to track the source of this problem. It's a big code difference, kernel 5.4.y -> 5.10.y  ... We already have a Jira ticket to check this but time / resources is the critical missing component to start with the investigation.

Tell me, has anyone solved the problem with no sound through HDMI?

I've tried the latest builds (kernel 5.10 https://www.armbian.com/orange-pi-one-plus/ )  and the sound doesn't work.
