How can I Flash OS into eMMC memory ?

I am using armbina-config tool but it shows only one option "Install/Update the bootloader on SD/eMMC"

I tried but "Install/Update the bootloader on SD/eMMC"  this option is showing

eMMC is not detecting I checked with fdisk -l it is only showing the sdcard. and I also checked with the U-boot command "mmc" it is only showing SDcard. I am using the pine64 debian buster build.How can I detect eMMC.
