Caps Lock light is not working (orange pi one)

It has debian 8(jessie) server version 3.4.112-sun8i on it.

It is updated to the latest version(apt-get update, upgrade).

 

Caps Lock functionality works, but the light on the keyboard does not light up. I tried the keyboard on another computer, tried different keyboards.

 

I am using this to get back the cursor. I found it here: http://forum.armbian.com/index.php/topic/1246-terminal-console-cursor-disappeared-after-apt-upgrade/

Could it have caused it? Anyone having the same issue?

Then just re-run "tput cnorm" each time you log in.
