Hi all

 

I need a bit of assistance in installing OpenMediaVault on the Cubietruck. I'll admit I tried this a while back, so I'm coming back to this to try and use my Cubietruck as a mini NAS.

 

Tried to install using the instructions over at the debian site, but after the install, the web interface showed lots of errors and it wouldn't work. Done lots of googling to try and find further information but I'll admit I'm a bit vexed.

 

Does anyone have some idiot-proof instructions or a prebuilt image they could provide to a bit of a linux newby?

downloaded a legacy Jessie build for the cubietruck - performed fresh install and followed the instructions in the link and it's working!

 

Hope its of use to other folk who are searching.
