I made a similar board with reference to Renegade, but modified some peripherals (remove the gmac chip, remove the infrared sensor, etc.), directly use the image of Renegade, and the debug log will show as follows:

It seems that the file system on the TF card cannot be found, but the circuit of the TF card part is the same as that of Renegade, and uboot and kernel are also started. may I know what is the reason?

I am not sure if this is your problem, but working on SD cards I realized they are quite sensitive to voltage, ripple, signal path/delay etc. 

So if you made this board on your own, definitely check if the routing and buffering (power) on the SD lines is good. 

 

Also uboot might be using slower SD speeds (thus frequency) and work.

Thanks for reply. I have checked the waveform of 3.3v and sdio signal for TF card, it seems to be fine. Yes, I also found that it ran 24M clock -> 50M clock -> 150M clock on Renegade, and on my board it can just be tested the 24M clock -> 50M clock, no 150M. Maybe there is a way to reduce the 150M clock to have a test?
