Originally by @amazingfate I just gathered the stuff and built images. Since I don't have the board, I'm PR'ing draft so you all can build and tweak.

No BOARFAMILY was really adequate, rk35xx was only for rock-3a in the same situation, so lesser of evils maybe. This changes LINUXFAMILY to have a separate kernel .deb from rock-3a.

Yes, this makes the rk35 stuff even more confusing, there's gotta be half a dozen already...
