This finally brings mvebu edge to 6.1.

Two patches had to be disabled for compilation to work. 91-01-libata-add-ledtrig-support.patch 91-02-Enable-ATA-port-LED-trigger.patch these manly affect helios4 and it needs to be checked if ATA LED still works without them.
