Cubietruck Struck on Starting Kernel

I am not able to run this on Cubietruck. Just struck on starting kernel.......it does not go beyond this.

 

I have tried both 3.4 and 4.1 kernels......

Got through on 3.4 with another card.

 

I am using through HDMI.

 

On 4.1 with the other card now am getting tty time out something I dont remember the exact thing, will try with some more options.
