  1. XFCE : Removed skel and moved to xdg.
  2. added debian dir with xdg-xfce dir with files need for configuring desktop
  3. Re-Aranged the appgoup folder per debian to put apps in correct groups and more proficient naming scheme
  4. moved printing and filesharing to appgroups.
  5. New theme to desktop.
