This PR updates rk3588-edge kernel branch to 6.7-rc.1 and adds support for initial VOP2, crpto and HW RNG support. Jira reference number [AR-9999]

How Has This Been Tested?

  • [x] Orange Pi 5 Plus boots well.
  • [x] Type-c and type-a ports work with OPI5+.
  • [x] HW RNG and crypto tested.
  • [x] VOP2 works but not really stable.
  • [x] ES8388 audio should work, i have no speakers to test it.
