Description

Fixes compilation for meson-s4t7. Had to enable DEBUG_KERNEL to fix Khadas vendor common_drivers. Apparently they won't compile without DEBUG stuff.

Beware: This is the only SOC with DEBUG_KERNEL enabled now.
