Hi how i can enable usb driver modem 3G/4G model: Huawei E3272?

Board type: Cubieboard 1 

OS: armbian ubuntu xenial Legacy 3.4.113/ Mainline 4.9.7

Module huawei_cdc_ncm.ko driver is missing in kernel.

How can I compile it in addition? I do not understand the kernel assembly? 

I use wvdial and sakis3g!
