Description

A recent patch in mainline kernel broke gpio bank2 for rk3328 targets. Several rk3318/rk3328 users described the inability to boot from internal eMMC and other problems (led not working, for example). For reference: forum thread

This PR takes the mainline kernel patch from the mailing list and applies the correction patch from https://patchwork.kernel.org/project/linux-rockchip/patch/20240709105428.1176375-1-i@eh5.me/, while waiting for kernel guys to mainline the fix.
