Description

• Update edge kernel to 6.11
• Add Hantro VPU decoder back (H264 is not enabled)
• Refresh HDMI TX and RX patches from Collabora tree
• Disable HDMI-RX on OPi5+ by default and add an overlay in order to avoid interrupts
• Use green led as heartbeat in Orange Pi 5 Plus

To Do

• [ ] Crypto, RNG and some other nodes seem to have been removed during rewrites. I will add them back.
• [ ] USB-C doesn't work on both boards as far as i've tested. This needs to be checked.

• [x] HDMI works up to 1080p@120fps
