apt upgrade fails with bad URLs/404 errors

I have a newly-installed  Armbian_5.25_Orangepizero_Ubuntu_xenial_default_3.4.113  image.

I find that I am unable to successfully upgrade the image.

Note that operations like 'apt install hostapd' complete without problems.

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
