git cloning on environment behind a firewall

Hello community,

 

i'm trying to build the image according the instructions _armbian/build_ but my build system is behind a firewall limited to http(80) and https(443). The build scripts are trying to fetch directly from git through different network ports. How can i change the way for cloning the git repositories to https? The same problem appears also for the key server, is there also a way to adapt them to https?

 

There is a workaround by setting in file config-default.conf the options

USE_MAINLINE_GOOGLE_MIRROR="yes"

USE_GITHUB_UBOOT_MIRROR="yes"

 

They only using implicit https protocol for git. The questions above are still in interest.
