The system v26.11 rolling for Orange Pi PC Plus running Armbian Linux 6.18.53-current-sunxi cannot boot from eMMC on the Orange Pi PC Plus. The bootloader is looking for an old partition on /dev/mmcblk0p1, whereas the current partition of emmc is identified differently - as /dev/mmcblk2p1.
Therefore, it is necessary to use a bootloader from an SD card, which specifies the path to the eMMC partition for subsequent operation.
