Cubietruck user here

 

After successful update using

sudo apt-get update && time sudo apt-get dist-upgrade

I'm no longer able to update. Any call to apt-get with any params gets me "Bus error" message.

I've tried to clean up /var/cache/apt with no luck (the only solution across internet I found)

deb http://httpredir.debian.org/debian stretch main contrib non-free

deb http://httpredir.debian.org/debian stretch-updates main contrib non-free

deb http://httpredir.debian.org/debian stretch-backports main contrib non-free

deb http://security.debian.org/ stretch/updates main contrib non-free

 

Could someone help me with that problem?

I think the "Bus-Error" isnt from apt - please copy the whole Bus-Error-Message.

Maybe its a problem with the SD-Card or the network...

It's just "Bus error". That's all. No more messages.

*.bin files reappear in /var/cache/apt

 

Everything else works fine, I just can't update or install anything.

Weird errors are usually related to SD card or powering troubles. Check both.

Both were good.

It appeared faster and easier to reinstall everything form scratch.
