1) If a debugging cable(USB to TTL converter for serial communication in gtkterminal) is already connected in nano-pi neo board..If we power up the nano-pi it is not booting

 

2) If  a debugging cable(USB to TTL converter for serial communication in gtkterminal) and power cable is connected simultaneously.. It is not booting...

 

 

Why in this two condition the nano-pi is not booting?

sounds like a misconnected TTL-cable (GND?)

or maybe a too high voltage level

5V <==> 3.3V

 

Do not connect the RED WIRE unless you want to power the device via UART.  and more detailed information you find here, this helped me a lot: http://linux-sunxi.org/UART

in the TTL converter  TXD, RXD, GND this three are connected

YES...

THIS PROBLEM IS STILL PERSISTING FOR H3 BASED NANOPI

@GB_linux are you sure the Neo is booting without the TTL cable?
