I wan‘t To do a Backup of my Running System or a Image so i can Flash it on a other SD Card or restore the Backup

You can have two options: using dd you can create image of sd card and write with dd again to other card. Or you can make tar backup of your files on sd card and boot sector backup with dd and use tar again to extract and dd to write boot sector of SD card.

i use now Win32Diskimager, and everything works fine, only the image is very big

if you got a .img file then you could zipit with 7zip as .zip or .7z

 

And before you do install a new system you should slow format your card, because when you quickformat and do fast create partitions (or resize) then you got the whole old data in the .img file of your sdcard and 7zip couldnt make it not so small ascit can be with a "slow/fully" formated sdcard.

If you have Linux machine or VM, you can shrink images using "gparted".
