i have Downloaded the Image for the Orange PI PC H3.

the Image flashed over the MAC with DD are only this screen.

Then i think ok i testing windows have testet win 10 with Rufus and win 7 with Suse flasher with is in the Package.

Are all the same.

The image boots obviously and waits for you to login. Unfortunately you don't see this due to an overscan issue with your monitor.

 

According to the documentation a first automatic reboot happens and then you're able to login through SSH (network) or directly connected to the board. You might try the network method or check monitor settings to disable overscan so you're able to see the whole display contents.
