I need to connect an HDMI or DVI monitor (with adapter HDMI to DVI) to an Orange Pi (PC Plus or Plus 2) while the Orange Pi is already running but all I get is a pink screen.

How can I configure Armbian to be able to hot plug a monitor?

If the monitor is already plugged when powering the Orange Pi there is no problem.

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
