	<strong>Comprehensive Guide: Installing Armbian on the TX10 PRO (Allwinner H313)</strong>
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	<strong>Introduction</strong>
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	This technical guide documents the complete process for deploying Linux on the TX10 PRO Android TV Box (Allwinner H313).
</p>

<p>
	Due to hardware variations and kernel compatibility issues common on these devices, establishing a functional Armbian environment requires specific images, DTBs, and configuration steps.
</p>

<p>
	This documentation is designed to streamline the installation process and avoid common hardware compatibility problems.
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	Technical Specifications &amp; Environment
</p>

<p>
	The procedures in this guide were validated on a TX10 PRO with the following hardware:
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	<strong>Component         Specification</strong>
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	<strong>Memory            1 GB LPDDR3 (Samsung eMCP)</strong>
</p>

<p>
	<strong>Storage           8 GB <abbr title="embedded MultiMediaCard"><abbr title="embedded MultiMediaCard">eMMC</abbr></abbr></strong>
</p>

<p>
	<strong>Board Revision    WFTECH_V2.0</strong>
</p>

<p>
	<strong>Device Codename   titan-p1</strong>
</p>

<p>
	<strong>Product           walley</strong>
</p>

<p>
	<strong>Stock OS          Android (Modified Build)</strong>
</p>

<p>
	<strong>Bootloader        U-Boot</strong>
</p>

<p>
	<strong>Tested Kernel     Linux 6.12.64 (bookworm)</strong>
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	<strong>Tested working image</strong>: <strong><a href="https://github.com/sicXnull/armbian-build/releases/download/v24.8.0-trunk.425/Armbian-unofficial_26.02.0-trunk_X96q-v1-3_bookworm_current_6.12.64_minimal.img.xz" rel="external nofollow">Armbian-unofficial_26.02.0-trunk_X96q-v1-3_bookworm_current_6.12.64_minimal.img.xz</a></strong><br>
	Kernel: Linux 6.12.64 bookworm<br>
	Base OS: Debian Bookworm Server<br>
	Target: X96Q DDR3 / Allwinner H313
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	<strong>Although this image is labeled for the X96Q DDR3, it successfully booted on my TX10 PRO with the WFTECH_V2.0 board and Allwinner H313 <abbr title="System On a Chip">SoC</abbr>. Hardware revisions vary, so compatibility with other TX10 PRO units is not guaranteed.</strong>
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	<strong>⚠ Crucial Hardware Warning</strong>
</p>

<p>
	TV box manufacturers frequently change internal components (RAM layout, Wi-Fi chipsets, and board revisions) without changing the product name.
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	Always verify your board revision before proceeding.
</p>

<p>
	Using the wrong Device Tree Blob (<abbr title="Device tree blob"><abbr title="Device tree blob">DTB</abbr></abbr>) can result in an unbootable system.
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	Advantages &amp; Disadvantages of Running Linux
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	<strong>Advantages:</strong>
</p>

<p>
	Cost Efficiency
</p>

<p>
	Much cheaper than a Raspberry Pi or other <abbr title="Single board computer"><abbr title="Single board computer">SBC</abbr></abbr>.
</p>

<p>
	Enclosure Included
</p>

<p>
	Comes with a case and power supply.
</p>

<p>
	Low Power Consumption
</p>

<p>
	Runs quietly with very low power usage, making it suitable for lightweight servers.
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	<strong>Disadvantages:</strong>
</p>

<p>
	No Official Support
</p>

<p>
	Linux support depends entirely on community-maintained images.
</p>

<p>
	Thermal Throttling
</p>

<p>
	Cheap passive cooling causes overheating during heavy workloads.
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	<strong>Weak <abbr title="embedded MultiMediaCard"><abbr title="embedded MultiMediaCard">eMMC</abbr></abbr> Storage</strong>
</p>

<p>
	Internal storage may wear out under frequent writes.
</p>

<p>
	Slow I/O
</p>

<p>
	USB ports are usually USB 2.0 only.
</p>

<p>
	No SATA, NVMe, or native Gigabit Ethernet.
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	<strong>Driver Problems</strong>
</p>

<p>
	Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and hardware video acceleration usually require manual setup.
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	<strong>Prerequisite Hardwares:</strong>
</p>

<p>
	MicroSD Card (8GB or larger)
</p>

<p>
	MicroSD Card Reader (Cost: 0.45 USD )
</p>

<p>
	HDMI Monitor (Tv)
</p>

<p>
	USB Keyboard
</p>

<p>
	Ethernet Adapter
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	Integrated Wi-Fi rarely works immediately on bookworm Linux.
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	A wired Ethernet connection is strongly recommended for initial setup.
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	<span style="font-size:20px;"><strong>Installation Process</strong></span>
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	<strong>Step 1 — Download Armbian</strong>
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	Official Armbian images generally do not include all hardware support for the H313.
</p>

<p>
	Download a trusted community image designed for Allwinner H313/H616 boards using the 6.12.64 kernel.
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	<span style="font-size:24px;"><strong>USE THIS</strong></span>:<span style="font-size:18px;"> <a href="https://github.com/sicXnull/armbian-build/releases/download/v24.8.0-trunk.425/Armbian-unofficial_26.02.0-trunk_X96q-v1-3_bookworm_current_6.12.64_minimal.img.xz" rel="external nofollow">Armbian-unofficial_26.02.0-trunk_X96q-v1-3_bookworm_current_6.12.64_minimal.img.xz</a></span>
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	<strong>Step 2 — Flash the SD Card</strong>
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	<strong>⚠ Warning</strong>
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	Avoid using the Linux dd command if you are unfamiliar with it.
</p>

<p>
	Selecting the wrong drive can permanently erase your computer.
</p>

<p>
	Instead, use BalenaEtcher.
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	<strong>Flashing Steps:</strong>
</p>

<p>
	Install and open BalenaEtcher.
</p>

<p>
	Insert your MicroSD card.
</p>

<p>
	Click Flash from File.
</p>

<p>
	Select the downloaded .img.xz image.
</p>

<p>
	Click Select Target.
</p>

<p>
	Choose your MicroSD card carefully.
</p>

<p>
	Click Flash!
</p>

<p>
	Wait until flashing and verification reach 100%.
</p>

<p>
	Safely eject the card.
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	<strong>Step 3 — Hardware Setup</strong>
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	Before powering on:
</p>

<p>
	Insert the MicroSD card.
</p>

<p>
	Connect HDMI.
</p>

<p>
	Connect USB keyboard.
</p>

<p>
	Connect USB Ethernet.
</p>

<p>
	Connect power.
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	<strong>Step 4 — First Boot</strong>
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	The first boot performs:
</p>

<p>
	Filesystem expansion
</p>

<p>
	Initial setup
</p>

<p>
	System configuration
</p>

<p>
	This may take several minutes.
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	Expected boot sequence:
</p>

<p>
	U-Boot ↓ Linux Kernel ↓ Armbian Login Prompt
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	<strong>Step 5 — Initial Login</strong>
</p>

<p>
	Default credentials:
</p>

<p>
	Username: <strong>root </strong>Password: <strong>1234 </strong>
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	After logging in you will be required to:
</p>

<p>
	Change the root password
</p>

<p>
	Create a normal user
</p>

<p>
	Configure timezone
</p>

<p>
	Configure locale
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	<strong>Step 6 — Verify Network</strong>
</p>

<p>
	Built-in Wi-Fi will probably not work.
</p>

<p>
	The board uses the SSV6x5x / SV6256 chipset which requires extra drivers.
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	<strong>Verify Ethernet:</strong>
</p>

<p>
	ip a ping -c 3 1.1.1.1
</p>

<p>
	<strong>Step 7 — Update the System</strong>
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	Enable network time:
</p>

<p>
	sudo timedatectl set-ntp true
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	Then update:
</p>

<p>
	sudo apt update sudo apt upgrade -y
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	<strong>Step 8 — Install to <abbr title="embedded MultiMediaCard"><abbr title="embedded MultiMediaCard">eMMC</abbr></abbr> (Optional)</strong>
</p>

<p>
	Once everything works from the SD card:
</p>

<p>
	sudo armbian-config
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	Navigate to:
</p>

<p>
	System ↓ Install ↓ Boot from <abbr title="embedded MultiMediaCard"><abbr title="embedded MultiMediaCard">eMMC</abbr></abbr>
</p>

<p>
	Follow the installer.
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	After completion:
</p>

<p>
	Shut down
</p>

<p>
	Remove the SD card
</p>

<p>
	Boot from internal storage
</p>

<p>
	Hardware Compatibility
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	<strong>Working - perfectly</strong>
</p>

<p>
	HDMI Output
</p>

<p>
	USB Ports
</p>

<p>
	USB Ethernet
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	<strong>Known Issues</strong>
</p>

<p>
	Wi-Fi - Not working
</p>

<p>
	Requires manual compilation of the SSV6256 driver.
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	<strong>Graphics</strong>
</p>

<p>
	No hardware acceleration.
</p>

<p>
	Software rendering only.
</p>

<p>
	<abbr title="Device tree blob"><abbr title="Device tree blob">DTB</abbr></abbr> Compatibility
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	Boot success depends heavily on selecting the correct <abbr title="Device tree blob"><abbr title="Device tree blob">DTB</abbr></abbr>.
</p>

<p>
	Different board revisions may require different DTBs.
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	<strong>Best Practices</strong>
</p>

<p>
	Test from SD First
</p>

<p>
	Never install to <abbr title="embedded MultiMediaCard"><abbr title="embedded MultiMediaCard">eMMC</abbr></abbr> before confirming that everything works.
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	<strong>Backup Android</strong>
</p>

<p>
	Create a backup of the original Android firmware before modifying internal storage.
</p>

<p>
	<abbr title="Device tree blob"><abbr title="Device tree blob">DTB</abbr></abbr> Troubleshooting

<p>

</p>

<p>
	If the device:
</p>

<p>
	Boot loops
</p>

<p>
	Shows a black screen
</p>

<p>
	Fails to boot
</p>

<p>
	Mount the SD card on another computer.
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	Open:
</p>

<p>
	armbianEnv.txt
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	Try different H313/H616 <abbr title="Device tree blob"><abbr title="Device tree blob">DTB</abbr></abbr> files until the system boots successfully.

	Hi, <br>
	First of all thank you very much for all the support and efforts you have taken to provide with the extensive documentation and images to flash on the android tv boxes. <br>
	I am here in hope of some help and guidance, since ive not been able to solve this particular issue since past 2 months and with bare minimum sleep and enough efforts.
</p>

<p>
	I have a SDMC Tech STB which is DV8549 <br>
	- Processor: Amlogic S905X2 <br>
	- RAM: 2GB <br>
	- <abbr title="embedded MultiMediaCard">EMMC</abbr>: 8 / 32Gb (not sure but will share part number) <br>
	- WiFi chip? Unsure since the part is rubbed off, and its not even necessary to run the wifi.
</p>

<p>
	It does not have the SD card slot unlike the normal TV Boxes. <br>
	it seems to be locked? or rather would not go into any mode.
</p>

<p>
	it has a debug port, but it would not show any data apart from some wifi related things. in which if we keep pressing CTRL + C it will stop displaying that.
</p>

<p>
	There is some button given, unlike the TB Boxes, but that button upon pressing only takes into the recovery mode which leads to nothing but only would ask to Wipe Data and factory Reset, that is all.
</p>

<p>
	Just behind the <abbr title="embedded MultiMediaCard">EMMC</abbr> Chip, there seems to be a Placment for a small Pushbutton which is not populated, but when we do short it, while plugging in the Power Supply, it would take the device in the WorldCup Mode.
</p>

<p>
	**What have i tried?** <br>
	1. Did put the device in worldcup mode and followed with a alot of files from Ricky Divjakovski, to try and flash some android images which were provided by other people online, but it would not do anything or would not lead to any flashing to the board.
</p>

<p>
	2. Tried the Amlogic USB Burning tool, but even that would not lead to any of the flashing, did follow a lot of videos online but all the steps were made for the generic TV Boxes and none for my specific, but considering my electronics and embedded knowledge i tried my level best to do all the combinations to check if the usb burning tool would help to flash any rom it did not.
</p>

<p>
	So, both the standard ways which are meant to be used for the Generic TV Boxes are not available for me. <br>
	The last step which im planning to do is, pull out the <abbr title="embedded MultiMediaCard">EMMC</abbr> from the board, install it on the external <abbr title="embedded MultiMediaCard">EMMC</abbr> Reader like the allSocket bga153/163 and copy all the files from the <abbr title="embedded MultiMediaCard">EMMC</abbr> and erase it. but i have no idea after erasing, re-soldering the <abbr title="embedded MultiMediaCard">EMMC</abbr>, where do i start and how do i install the armbian or any OS onto the board again?
</p>

<p>
	what do i expect from you or other users over here from the community? <br>
	what should i do next? is there any way i can get this up and running? are there any steps i might be missing?
</p>

<p>
	<br>
	<strong>Back of the board.</strong><br>
	Highlighted in RED is the button i would short and it would take me into the worldcup mode <br>
	Highlighted in Blue is the button i would press, and it would take me to recovery. <br>

	Hi All, <br />
	I stumbled on this group after finding Rocket Streaming Audio Server that is either Windows or Linux. <br />
	My application desire is to use a cheap Android TV box and connect a USB audio input device, and stream it live to a weblink. <br />
	<br />
	So, being completely new to this group (not new to AndroidTV boxes), would Armbian running on a cheap TV box support a USB on-the-go audio device?  Or any reason it would or wouldn't?  <br />
	Then, next, I haven't read every piece of info on how to convert the boxes, but I read some general info on other sites.  Is the mod terribly difficult?  Do they all require physical mods? <br />
	THANK YOU!

	This is my second T95z plus box build. Using as headless server and both seem solid. Confirming what others have said – the build is different inside. This has a different wifi card and eemc. I have a 3rd T95z plus that has the dreaded <abbr title="A type of flash memory">NAND</abbr> chip too. Having fun and learning. Using as a simple NAS now with a ZFS pool and works just fine.

<p>

<p>
	I ran these commands to disable some features that could break the system or cause the system to not boot. This is from my experience of installing the system twice.
</p>

<p>
	<em>sudo apt-mark hold linux-image-current-meson64 armbian-bsp-cli-aml-s9xx-box armbian-firmware<br>
	sudo apt-mark hold linux-<abbr title="Device tree blob"><abbr title="Device tree blob">dtb</abbr></abbr>-current-meson64 linux-u-boot-aml-s9xx-box-current<br>
	sudo systemctl disable --now systemd-networkd-wait-online.service<br>
	sudo systemctl disable --now unattended-upgrades</em>
</p>

<p>
	<br>
	I wanted to get sound out of the box. So, I purchased a generic USB audio dongle from Aliexpress for $3 USD. (see attached photo). The USB audio device is described in Linux as a Texas Instruments PCM2902 Audio Codec (USB PnP Sound Device device 0 USB Audio), and when you run “lsusb” you will see the id numbers 08bb:2902.  I updated the databases for repositories by running “sudo apt update -y” and installed necessary packages to support the USB audio device and to use the XFCE4 graphical desktop. Here are the commands I ran for XFCE4 and for some additional nice bits:
</p>

<p>
	<em>sudo apt update -y;<br>
	sudo apt install -y xfdesktop4 xfce4 xfce4-power-manager xfce4-goodies xinit xdm xorg xserver-xorg;<br>
	sudo apt install -y arandr greybird-gtk-theme numix-gtk-theme numix-icon-theme epiphany-browser;<br>
	sudo apt install -y elementary-xfce-icon-theme xscreensaver xscreensaver-data xcvt firefox mesa-utils;<br>
	sudo apt install -y gvfs gvfs-fuse gvfs-common xubuntu-icon-theme at-spi2-core smplayer;</em>
</p>

<p>
	<em>sudo apt install -y alsa-base alsa-oss alsa-tools alsa-utils alsamixergui pulseaudio pavucontrol pavumeter;</em>
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	Edit the file /etc/modules with the “nano” command and write “snd-usb-audio” at the end of the file. Also, edit the file /etc/modprobe.d/alsa-base.conf and change a few things, but make a backup copy first:
</p>

<p>
	<em>sudo cp /etc/modprobe.d/alsa-base.conf  ~/alsa-base.conf.backup</em>
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	Put a # symbol in front of every “options snd-usb-audio index=-2” that you see in /etc/modprobe.d/alsa-base.conf . I found two of them. Add these two lines of text to the bottom of /etc/modprobe.d/alsa-base.conf .
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	<em>alias snd-card-0 snd-usb-audio</em>
</p>

<p>
	<em>options snd-usb-audio index=0</em>
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	Make sure that you are in the 'audio' group. Run the “usermod” command against a regular user (not root) that you want to use often. And reboot.
</p>

<p>
	<em>sudo usermod -a G audio {username here}</em>
</p>

<p>
	<em>sudo reboot</em>
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	After reboot, the graphical X Display Manager (xdm) should greet you with a simple gray prompt and you can login to XFCE4. You should see a red LED light blinking on the USB audio dongle. You may want to change the display resolution to 1280x720 or 1920x1080 (whichever is available to you) by clicking on the panel (start menu), Applications, Settings, and Display. The Arandr tool in Settings can also help you adjust the display resolution. Open the volume control program by clicking on the panel Applications, Multimedia, PulseAudio Volume Control. Click the Configuration tab at the far right of the volume control and change the profile to Analog Stereo. * Important – now connect a headset, earphone, or amplifier to the 3.5mm (⅛’’) black <span class="ipsEmoji">🎧</span> receptacle on the USB audio dongle and play some sounds, music or youtube.
</p>

<p>

<p>
	<strong>WARNING: RISK OF BRICKING! Only proceed if you know what you're doing and are willing to accept the risk of bricking your device!</strong>
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	If your use case doesn't require Armbian or the latest Linux kernel, you may want to try these solutions first:
</p>

<ul>
	<li>
		Run `systemctl disable mediacenter` from the OSMC terminal and continue from there
	</li>
	<li>
		Simple X11 desktop: <a href="https://discourse.osmc.tv/t/testing-x11-simple-desktop-chromium-web-browser-in-a-simple-installer-for-stretch/16846" rel="external nofollow">https://discourse.osmc.tv/t/testing-x11-simple-desktop-chromium-web-browser-in-a-simple-installer-for-stretch/16846</a>
	</li>
	<li>
		Headless arm64 Docker: <a href="https://discourse.osmc.tv/t/non-official-headless-arm64-docker-solution-for-vero4k/108666/4" rel="external nofollow">https://discourse.osmc.tv/t/non-official-headless-arm64-docker-solution-for-vero4k/108666/4</a>
	</li>
</ul>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	Toothpick method doesn't boot Armbian, because standard u-boot config expects kernel.img and <abbr title="Device tree blob"><abbr title="Device tree blob">dtb</abbr></abbr>.img to be present in a different file format than Armbian provides.<br />
	Getting Armbian to boot requires changing the u-boot environment to the one provided by aml_autoscript. This can be done from a working OSMC installation or recovery.<br />
	The method below ensures you can still boot the original OSMC installation by removing the SD card.
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	<strong>Prerequisites:</strong>
</p>

<ul>
	<li>
		Terminal skills and patience
	</li>
	<li>
		Vero 4k with working OSMC installation (<a href="https://osmc.tv/wiki/vero-4k/reinstalling-osmc/" rel="external nofollow">https://osmc.tv/wiki/vero-4k/reinstalling-osmc/)</a>
	</li>
	<li>
		USB keyboard and HDMI monitor attached to Vero
	</li>
	<li>
		High quality micro SD card
	</li>
	<li>
		PC with SD card reader
	</li>
	<li>
		Toothpick or similar (non-conducting)
	</li>
</ul>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	<strong>SD card preparation:</strong>
</p>

<ul>
	<li>
		Download latest image: <a href="https://www.armbian.com/amlogic-s9xx-tv-box/" rel="external nofollow">https://www.armbian.com/amlogic-s9xx-tv-box/</a>
	</li>
	<li>
		Write image to SD card as described in this post: <a href="https://testforum.armbian.com/topic/33676-installation-instructions-for-tv-boxes-with-amlogic-cpus/" rel="">https://forum.armbian.com/topic/33676-installation-instructions-for-tv-boxes-with-amlogic-cpus/</a>
	</li>
</ul>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	<strong>Let's get dangerous! To change the u-boot configuration on the Vero 4k:</strong>
</p>

<ul>
	<li>
		Boot Vero into recovery by applying power and holding the (left) shift button. This might take a few tries
	</li>
	<li>
		The device should prompt a tty screen. Login with user osmc and password osmc
	</li>
	<li>
		Run the following commands (these are from the aml_autoscript file in the Armbian /boot partition):
	</li>
</ul>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	<strong>IMPORTANT:</strong> Make sure these lines are exactly correct, because if not it can mess up the boot process and brick your device!
</p>

<pre class="ipsCode prettyprint lang-html prettyprinted"><span class="pln">fw_setenv bootcmd 'run start_autoscript; run osmcfromsd; run osmcfromusb; run storeboot'
fw_setenv start_autoscript 'if mmcinfo; then run start_mmc_autoscript; fi; if usb start; then run start_usb_autoscript; fi; run start_emmc_autoscript'
fw_setenv start_emmc_autoscript 'if fatload mmc 1 1020000 emmc_autoscript; then autoscr 1020000; fi;'
fw_setenv start_mmc_autoscript 'if fatload mmc 0 1020000 s905_autoscript; then autoscr 1020000; fi;'
fw_setenv start_usb_autoscript 'for usbdev in 0 1 2 3; do if fatload usb ${usbdev} 1020000 s905_autoscript; then autoscr 1020000; fi; done'</span></pre>

<p>

</p>

<ul>
	<li>
		To verify, run `fw_printenv | grep bootcmd` etc.
	</li>
</ul>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	<strong>The fun part: boot into Armbian</strong>
</p>

<ul>
	<li>
		Power off the device: execute `poweroff` command, wait until device light is red and remove power.
	</li>
	<li>
		Insert the Armbian SD card into the Vero 4k. It should go in upside down and all the way until you hear a slight click sound.
	</li>
	<li>
		Apply power again
	</li>
	<li>
		After some u-boot and kernel logs the device should show the Armbian boot up screen
	</li>
	<li>
		Enjoy Armbian on your Vero 4k!
	</li>
	<li>
		Removing the SD card should boot into OSMC from <abbr title="embedded MultiMediaCard"><abbr title="embedded MultiMediaCard">eMMC</abbr></abbr> again.
	</li>
</ul>

<p>

<p>
	Hardware video acceleration, HDMI audio and WiFi don't seem to work out of the box, but I can imagine that with some effort it's possible.

<p>
	Hello, Im new at the forum, but I wanted to share my experience with this tv-box, as useful information about H603 processor is not easy to find. Just tried this image (no other works, only trunk ones) and also Armbian_21.11.0-trunk_Aw-h6-tv_bullseye_current_5.10.68. both headless servers, and working. Tried several desktop images but without luck.
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	HDMI is working, but I haven't tried sound. Hope this helps some one.
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	Regards.

<p>
	<strong>Does bluetooth work (Yes/No):</strong> <em>No, couldn't manage to make it work at all.</em>

</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	<em><u>Using a Kingston 32GB uSD Card as primary drive</u>.</em> Not installed to internal yet, nor very convinced to even try it.
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	<em><u>Standard USB hard drive bays would not work by just plugging in once the BOX booted on Armbian</u>.</em> (even those that work normally under "factory" Android) Some just won't be recognized, but some will make BOX to freeze.<br>
	In order to overcome this, I had to plug them BEFORE turning the BOX on. On some instances I would use an USB-multi-bay with it's own power source that can be turned on and off at will and the BOX will not go bananas.<br>
	This box will allow me to plug several hard disks at will be it internal or in any of it's 2 USB ports.

	<em><u>I'm using it as a normal desktop</u>, but also running: </em>

	<li>
		<em>mariadb(mysql) server</em>
	</li>
	<li>
		<em>a test java website. (quite heavy)</em>
	</li>
	<li>
		<em>and samba server. (primarily is my NAS)</em>
	</li>
</ul>

<p>
	Mostly to fiddle around instead of be messing with the actual servers at production.<em> (Around 700MB RAM required as base.)</em>
</p>

<p>
	<em>Desktop is accessed using VNC and SSH to fiddle with servers. </em>
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	<em><u>Made a hole above CPU heatsink to allow heat go out</u>, otherwise mostly all the time would be around 80 degrees, thermaly throtling and making my life misserable. Around 70 to 60 degrees and it will be handlong as any normal desktop.</em>
</p>

<p>
	Planning to add a small fan, just need to find somewhere to connect it in the BOX.<br>

	Additional Comments: this is the newer hw version with SV6051 wifi chip instead of the 8723 found on older boards, so that's why onboard wifi is not working. USB wifi dongle with Ralink MT7601 chipset working perfectly. Small tweaks to the DT gets the blue LED working as it should.

	This theme is designed to help potential users with the selection of equipment to run Armbian on TV boxes and other devices with ARM chips. I propose to leave here information about specific models, with a description of the technical parameters of the equipment, which specific versions of Armbian images and what settings or additional steps have been launched.

	The following template should be used to report a working TV Box running Armbian.  The purpose of this template is to gather consistent and complete information.
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	To submit a report of a working TV Box start a new topic in this sub-forum with the name of the TV box as the title and copy/paste this template into the post and provide the requested information.
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	Note:  Only report status using <abbr title="Device tree blob"><abbr title="Device tree blob">dtb</abbr></abbr> files that are part of the image and therefore available to all users from a standard source.  If you have used another <abbr title="Device tree blob"><abbr title="Device tree blob">dtb</abbr></abbr> file, please mention that in the comments along with where the source code for the <abbr title="Device tree blob"><abbr title="Device tree blob">dtb</abbr></abbr> is located and what the custom <abbr title="Device tree blob"><abbr title="Device tree blob">dtb</abbr></abbr> improved.
</p>

<p>
	Note: You will need to install/enable a desktop environment to gather all of the below information (i.e. hdmi audio)
