    This IC manufactured by Huawei is mainly used for Android TV Boxes, one of my TVs is using it.
    I'm afraid you couldn't. This chip has built-in security features, the boot ROM code will check the signature of the bootloader. Third party software could not be loaded. You can find some relevant information on the Internet.
