the kernel I'm using now is 6.12.35, the kernel that failed was 6.12.20 until 6.12.30 the lcd didn't work, but after a few updates to 6.12.30 it worked again.

hello, agesome! The same thing happened to me, test 20mhz (20000000), I suggest increasing above 32mhz and test. I'm using mine at 46mhz and it's normal, but it used to give an error, it wouldn't update the screen, it would freeze, now it's normal because I disabled “dma-names=””;” Try it and let me know.

I was missing because I was testing the ili9486. So, I used the conversion from ili9341 to ili9486, for a while and it worked well, however, it was slow because it did not support more than 21mhz, so I tried to make the ili9486 work, after a few days I managed to make it work, but I had to disable the “dma-names” because it was making the screen not update, I am now using the ili9486 at 48mhz, working well. I'm using the LCD directly on the board.

I also felt that xinput_calibration didn't change anything. I was configuring it here, because the touch didn't reach the corner of the LCD and it was stable, but now it's shaking too, but now the touch reaches the corner of the screen. So it's probably just the settings, I'll see if I can sort it out.

i installed xfce to test the touch, the touch is stable when dragging the window there is a noise, but i think it's because of the frequency. maybe I can help you.

Before trying the touch, I wanted to test something else and it worked. Now connected directly to the orange pi zero 3. The ones above were with dupont wires, but I'm not sure if the touch will work. I had to change the CS, RESET and DC. Before After
