Hello all!

Does anybody know how to make 5inch hdmi screen for RPI work with OrangePi One?

When I try to connect it to my OPI one with armbian it is just white screen and no one of LEDs is lighting on the OrangePI PCB.

It works w h3disp "-d" switch on 720x480 resolution

But how make it works with 800x480 resoution?

It is possible that such resolution does not exists in the kernel and needs to be added, tested and issue a kernel update.

 

It's on 2do list (for some time) do add some extra resolutions.

You can get any resolution trough edit script.bin. Must decode it to script.fex then edit and then coded it back to script.bin.

I can got any resolutions but still cant enable touchscreen on it If you know how enable touchscreen - help me please!

Any update on this? I got the screen half working with the -d option, but it's very noisy and horizontally squished to a 1x1 aspect ratio. I have no idea how to edit script.bin.
