FFmpeg with Cedrus H264 HW Encoder (A64 - CMOS Camera)

The Cedrus HW encoder  is working on A64 (POC).

 

FFmpeg 2.8.6 with cedrus264 can be found for testing here: https://github.com/avafinger/ffmpeg_cedrus264_A64

It was tested on Pine64+ (1GB) and OV5640.
