This OPi ZERO2 still without GUI desktop?

Not sure what this has to do with a 3D printed case but anyways yes, it seems like no desktop targets are enabled. I assume maintainer did tests on such and came to conclusion that the board is not ready yet to have a proper desktop experience.

You can always build your own image with pre-installed DE but that comes without any support whatsoever.

 

H616 itself is kind a barely supported by utilizing the vendor provided kernel. Take notes here: https://www.armbian.com/orange-pi-zero-2/

It doesn't look like this will work with the USB daughterboard.

Which?  I put up images with it assembled.   I've reprinted and edited many times.  Rev 8.6 currently.
