Lirc not working on Cubieboard2

I tried to let learn from lirc.
root@cubieboard2:/etc# irrecord --driver=default --device=/dev/lirc0 /etc/lircd.conf

irrecord -  application for recording IR-codes for usage with lirc

irrecord: could not get file information for /dev/lirc0
irrecord: default_init(): No such file or directory
irrecord: could not init hardware (lircd running ? --> close it, check permissions)

What I have done

 

  1. I deleted the lircd.conf.
  2. Stopped lirc service.
root@cubieboard2:/etc# /etc/init.d/lirc stop
[ ok ] Stopping lirc (via systemctl): lirc.service.
