October 16, 20232 yr I have quite to no experience with windows tools, but if your box enters maskrom mode without pinning the eMMC clock pin to ground, then it is either empty or broken. If you didn't erase it, probably it is just broken, as often happens with tv boxes.
October 17, 20232 yr Author One question, do you believe the cable could generate this error? I am using a usb 3.0 cable Should it be a usb 2.0 cable?
October 18, 20232 yr @Brasil150 more than the cable, there are some reports that USB3 ports can give some issues; USB2 port with an USB2 cable is the recommended choice
