Wanna know whats the best option for a NAS and torrentbox.
I have a 200/200 connection, so something that can handle that, with lower consumption, and that can handle  a lot torrent/connections

By using the custom google powered search function (see my signature below) and feeding it with the single word 'torrentbox' (or just the thread title -- works frustratingly well most of the times) you get to a thread that outlines the most important piece of technology for such a thing: storage showing high random IO performance (eMMC as used on some boards, USB or SATA storage, at least not the average crappy SD card)

 

For a NAS you want something with Gigabit Ethernet and everything else depends on your budget and Google-Fu

so any board should work?
i will probably be using a 3.5 hdd in a usb 2.0 case so no need to worry about sata
should it work fine with external power suply for the case?
than 1gb Ethernet with with a good cpu and ram and im good?
