RAM for Armbian on TV-Box x96 mini and m9s pro.

There are 2 TV boxes. I put Armbian on both, on the x96 mini you can see 2 gigabytes of RAM, but on the m9s you can see only 1 gigabyte. Physically, both have 2 gigabytes of RAM.
Please tell me what can be done?
