Is it possible to install serviio (armbian) ?

OS: Armbian - Ubuntu xenial 16.04

May be possible, but seems like no active forum users tried it. You'll need to install a proper JRE and other dependencies like FFmpeg (better check serviio documentation for the list of dependencies), and please keep in mind that this system will not be powerful enough to do live transcoding.
