How to enable TV(RCA) output on Allwiner H5?

On H3, this can be done by editing script.bin

That file has been replaced by Device Tree on H5 board, /boot/orangepi/OrangePiH5orangepi.dtb

However, many have reported that editing that file can not enable RCA, see https://github.com/OrangePiLibra/OrangePi_H5SDK/issues/7

So what should I do to enable it? Is there an easy way to do it without compiling the kernel?
