I2C DTS Overlay enable pull up resistor

On my NanoPi Neo Air it seems there is no pull up resistors on I2C (SDA, SCL).  

 

Is it possible to enable pull-up on these pins in a DTS overlay (either the standard i2c dtb or in a user overlay)? If so could anyone give me an example of how to do that...I have tried to understand the dts files but failed.
