  1. I switched from microsd to USB booting with a flash drive. My god that is such a speedup. Anyway, one issue I've noticed is if I have the flash drive plugged in, it boots fine. If I have the flash drive plugged in + an external USB hub, it fails to boot. edit: solved with different hub.
  2. That script probably needs updating honestly. @laibsch do you know if uboot relies on the dts node name being named sdhci? I'm working on an upstream commit that renames all marvell node names to mmc, as required by the binding.
  3. you need to use armbian-config to get 6.18 kernels. The one fixing WOL might not be released yet.
  4. WOL might work on a newer 6.18 release of the kernel. Btw do I have it right that you're using Armbian without OMV?
  5. It'll have kernel 6.18 on edge soon with working fans.
  6. Correct. But the old Marvell code needs different KConfig symbols.
  7. @laibschcoud you take a look at https://github.com/u-boot/u-boot/commit/cae6e8993c8eaed7c520b1046766b658e0f97b90 https://github.com/u-boot/u-boot/commit/aec83261b98eec3a2ca2e9a5a2debea31fcd9d65 https://github.com/u-boot/u-boot/commit/529d24002b6cefb88cd00cef307b8752dbeebfc4 Maybe relevant for the first patch.
  8. @laibsch https://u-boot.org/ edit: as I said earlier, it would be better to switch to upstream to get rid of patches and get some nice bugfixes in the process, but I assume this thing is mostly abandoned. A bunch of my containers no longer offer ARM32 support. Home Assistant too at the end of this year.
  9. This is the command to flash the bootloader onto the SD card: https://wiki.kobol.io/helios4/uboot/#on-development-pc As you can tell, it's basically offset by 1 on the SD card. kernel 6.6.79 boots now.
