  1. Hi @Kajen I noticed the Jernej h616-integration-v1 branch and had some time today to test it. I’ve been busy with work and other projects lately. Here’s the Armbian build. It boots, but there are some errors. I’ll have to reconnect the UART pins to see where things went wrong. The build includes Jernej’s patches and the board configuration. I'm also using Werner's 7.2 Armbian build but with a different patch directory. (jernejsk-7.2) https://github.com/EvilOlaf/build/tree/sunxi-7.2 I haven’t made any modifications to the mainline DTS. I’m not sure when I’ll have more time to work on it, but hopefully I can investigate the issues further when I get a chance. https://github.com/NickAlilovic/build/tree/sunxi-7.2
  2. Restart the build with the same options usually works. It’s a known issue need to upgrade the build to a newer version
  3. Don’t upgrade it’s a custom kernel.. you will need to freeze kernel updates in the config.
  4. You need to add a TTL-to-USB device to your UART. Can you find the GND, TX, and RX pads on your board?
  5. which mages have you tried? Try one of the x96q. Also, you have the uart pins clearly marked GND,TX,RX if you are having problems connect them to a TLL to USD device and show your boot logs. https://github.com/NickAlilovic/build/releases/tag/20250306
  6. You need to edit x96q-lpddr3.csc. Since you are using official Armbian build tree you don't need my post_family_tweaks__x96q(). remove add this instead.
  7. You need this in your aliases. At the very top of your DTS.
  8. Try this instead. enable_extension "radxa-aic8800" AIC8800_TYPE="sdio"
  9. https://github.com/NickAlilovic/build/blob/v20250306/config/boards/x96q-lpddr3.csc Remove this enable_extension "uwe5622-allwinner" https://github.com/NickAlilovic/build/blob/v20250306/config/boards/x98h.csc Add this
  10. Hi Norbert, Found the actual issue. The X96Q LPDDR3 DTB your box is booting (sun50i-h313-x96-q-lpddr3.dts) has WiFi nodes that are roughly right for an AIC8800-style chip, but its Bluetooth node assumes a completely different, discrete chip: That's a Broadcom BT binding on separate R_PIO pins (PL4/PL5/PL6). Since your board has a single AIC8800D40L combo chip doing both WiFi and BT, that node is trying to bring up hardware that doesn't exist on your board — which explains why BT isn't working, and makes me want to double check the WiFi bring-up too rather than assume it's board-accurate. Using the pin values decoded from your own mx10-f1-android.dts, here's a corrected wifi + BT block: dts Two real uncertainties I want to flag rather than gloss over, since both are unverified against your actual hardware: 1. **`vqmmc-supply`** — your android dts doesn't declare a vmmc/vqmmc supply for the wifi mmc slot at all (unlike sdc0/sdc2, which do). The vendor driver powers the chip imperatively through the wlan node's own GPIOs instead. So `reg_dldo1` here is a guess, not a confirmed value — if wifi still doesn't enumerate after this change, this is the first thing to revisit. 2. **BT reset pin role conflict** — your android dts has `bt_rst_n` on PG19 (pio 6, pin 19), which is what I used above. But the X98H reference board's dts uses that same pin (pio 6 19) as an `enable-gpios`, and uses a *different* pin (pio 6 13) for `reset-gpios`. The two reference sources disagree on what PG19 actually does. I went with your own android dts since it's specific to your hardware, but this is worth testing carefully rather than trusting either source blindly — if BT probe fails or misbehaves, that pin assignment is the first suspect. Can you try building with this and post `dmesg | grep -iE "aic|mmc1|bluetooth"` after boot?
  11. Can you post the wifi chip model?
  12. https://github.com/radxa-pkg/u-boot-aw2501 This is the radxa u-boot build. The important build scripts are in the Makefile.local and the ones in the main directory. I believe the patch directory is in the Debian folder. https://github.com/radxa-pkg/u-boot-aw2501/blob/main/.github/local/Makefile.local https://docs.radxa.com/en/cubie/a7a/low-level-dev/build-system/u-boot Use AI to help you figure it out. My armbian build downloads the official uboot deb package. But I also added a directory for custom uboot packages that overrides the official package.
  13. You can find everything you need here. H616 is similar to H618. https://forum.armbian.com/topic/29794-how-to-install-armbian-in-h618/ you can use this tool to extract your dram settings. https://github.com/apritzel/sunxi-fw
  14. @flintduvaд secure boot might be similar to older Allwinner SOCs. https://forum.armbian.com/topic/58803-i-need-secure-image-x98h-pro/#comment-235213
