Seems like Mate change to sv_SE.UTF-8, but there are no app to change launguish in Mate. Think I have to remove mate?

Yes. I just came to armbian-config and there I select en_US as default, but it does not change Mate to en_US. It change are only on cli.

I have Debian and installed Mate. I happen to install sv_SE.UTF-8 and en_US.UTF-8 but I cannot change languish on desktop from sv_SE.UTF-8 to en_US.UTF-8. First I just remove "sv_SE.UTF-8, but then the Terminal complain it did not find sv_SE, so install again. I generate the 2 locales, And thied to when I marked the local I want en_US, but it say sv_SE are active in Mate. I tried to run: sudo localectl set-locale en_US.UTF-8 Failed to issue method call: Access denied I don't find any "Languish controll" at all in Mate desktop It is right languish in terminal. I have a Orange Pi Zero2W with Armbian. I flashed a SD-card, and then I copy the system and boot to a usb- hdd (sda) and the system boot to sda Want hdd because It write much data and USB 2 don't take mush more speed. But I get a warning about a file-error or something so I run fsck on sda(hdd) that was a systemdisk, but when I run I choose to do it read-only, but anyway it does not boot any more. I think I can take the usb-hdd and run fsck from another computer? I have one system with Ubuntu on a Intel 6 gen, and Raspberry pi 500 and 5. The Pi-machine have raspberry-pi OS and the other Ubuntu 24.04.Does the machine or system have any significans? Or is there another fix to fix so the /boot on SD-card can find sda on USB? /Cheers /Edit. I posted under Orange Pi Zero2, but that was wrong place, and get moved, but at the same time get my thread classed as solved, but the solving was just to get the question on right place. I have also cleared my question a little bit and I can not take away the other.

Off course do I have Orange Pi Zero2W, as I wrote in the beginning, but I thougt there also was an 2E verion and thoungt that orange pi zero 2 was a "over group" with only diffence ethernet and wifi.

Ok. Thanks. dd copie the blob. It has SPI or a little memory, but as I understand it could be a problem, so it easier to use SD as boot-disk.

Hey Installed Armbian (Ubuntu-noble) with XFCE desktop on an HDD(sda) from SD-card, so I need to have an SD-card in my orange pi zero 2w. I wonder if I can move /boot to an another smaller SD-card? Or do I also need an "mbr" or someting also there u-boot are? /Cheers

Hi, after find out that the usb-connector right so have I tried install on a usb3-sata-m2 disk, I have problem to install. I created partision on the usb-disk with ambian-install, and after that trying to select 8 (download and install clean image), but it can't find any image for my board. I have no eMMC on my 4GB ram radaxa zero 3Wso I run from SD-card.
